Q. Why only MSRPs on your website?
A. We sell exclusively to resellers who set their own prices, generally below retail price. If you are interested in purchasing one of our products, we’ll be glad to give you the name of a reseller near you. Just call Customer Service at 800-572-2144, or e-mail us at banner@banam.com.
Q. So why don’t you just post a list of dealers?
A. Some of our dealers specialize in certain types or sizes of our products. Customer Service can direct you to the best source for your needs.
Q. I’m having trouble using one of your machines. What do I do?
A. Customer Service will be glad to connect you with one of our Service Technicians. Chances are they can solve your problem over the phone.
Q. I don’t like something about your product, who can I tell?
A. Please tell us. Over the years we have listened to many suggestions from customers such as yourself to improve our products. Contact our Customer Service department.
